“Please read this before deciding jordan ford isn't your choice to buy a vehicle. I was looking for a new car for the wife. I had a dealership lie about the price. Another Ford dealership would only sell me a ugly blue color. I am very busy like most people are and dont have tons of time for car buying. I contacted Paul and constantly bugged him with EV questions because wife wanted one and I didn't know much about them. I set an appointment to come test drive and was running late. Paul called saying he was sorry he would be busy but would get someone good to help me. We got there and he was still apologizing like it was his fault I was the late one. But reminded me of when I was young with honestly sales guys who's word is there handshake. I was lucky and got William. A very honestly gentleman who if I asked something and he didn't know he went for the correct awnser. I try and teach my employees that. He also was apologizing for bad experiences I had like they had done them. Stated he could get me a reasonable deal but not the price I had been lied to about from other dealer. Wife wanted a black Mach E and wife like one from other dealership. Jordan said they would trade for the black one if not they would order it for use. They didn't run our credit until car we wanted was there. What a refreshing change. Other dealerships will say we need to run your credit for price of car. Also they do not put tacky dealership stickers on there vehicles like evey other dealership. Weather you paid $10,000 or a $100,000 for a car its your baby and it doesn't need to be messed up with a tacky decal. Jordan's amazing honest customer service is adveriment enough. I will forever buy from them seeing the ruin car buying because I have never been treated as well as William treated me and my family. There honestly was such a breath of fresh air instead of pushy deceitful actics we've become to think is the norn from dealships. Jordan Ford and William made NY wife very happy with her Mach E and didn't squeeze me for every penny I had. If you are smart and want a ford dont buy anywhere else. William and Paul.
