“Do not buy a car here they sell cars that have all kind of problems and will tell you to go to another dealership just to get it checked out. They do not answer calls and will give you the runaround time after time I bought a car here that stalled on the highway just after a month from purchase and they refuse to help in anyway. Karl is the worst manager from a dealership I have ever seen if you can even get ahold of him. This place knows they sell broken cars then wonder why they have angry customers wanting answers go to any other place but this one!”

“Heritage Auto of San Antonio was lucky to get one star from me. Purchasing a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman from this dealership was my first and biggest mistake. I luckily purchased the extended warranty that has saved me from completely paying for a new car. So much has turned out to wrong with this vehicle and I know that they were aware of it. The service center where the car is currently located for the past 2 months informed me that someone placed black electrical tape in the dash to cover up the service engine lights. The dishonest nature of a dealership to take the time to dismantle the dash board to intentionally place tape to cover the warning lights has no level of business ethics. I am sure the dealership will reply that the car is used and that is the condition of the vehicle when they purchased it. My suggestion is don’t buy any kind of car (import or domestic) from this dealership. I am now on a campaign to tell anyone and everyone about this dealership. I will have pictures coming to validate my statements.”

“I didn’t buy, 1,2,3 I actually bought 4 cars from this dealership. Service was fantastic and the cars were in great shape. I took that BMW to Ancira to trade it in and buy a new car(Jeep Grand Cherokee) and the sales manger offered me 4,500 for my trade in. I took that BMW back to Heritage and bought that Bronco and they gave me 12k for that BMW. I call that Honesty, integrity and great service I will be back to trade in that Shelby.”
