“Public Consumer Notice
I strongly encourage prospective buyers to exercise extreme caution before conducting business with this Heritage Auto San Antonio Car dealership.
Based on my recent experience, I believe the company engages in misleading sales practices. The vehicle I purchased was advertised at a listed sticker price; however, additional charges were subsequently added, resulting in a significantly higher final purchase price. In my opinion, these additional fees were not clearly disclosed at the outset of the transaction.
Furthermore, the vehicle was not delivered in what I consider to be appropriate sale-ready condition. At the time of purchase, both the salesperson and the owner represented that the windshield would be replaced. After taking possession of the vehicle, I was later informed that no such agreement existed, with responsibility being shifted between representatives.
I relied on their representation and accepted the vehicle with the understanding that the windshield replacement would be arranged. I was advised that a glass company would be sent to my workplace to complete the repair. When I later followed up, I was informed that they will not send anybody to fix the windshield.
Consumers are encouraged to thoroughly review all documentation, confirm all representations in writing, and carefully examine any additional charges before finalizing a transaction.

“⚠️ They called me back and lied to me about being approved for the car I was interested in. So I go back to complete the paperwork just to find out that I wasn’t actually approved for that car, but instead they were trying to sell me a nasty old Buick that I was approved for. ⚠️
There dishonestly told me everything I needed to know about them.
Approach with caution ⚠️”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! This place knowingly sold a lemon to a person I know. She started having issues with the car 1 month after purchase. The staff were very rude and refused to help her. She finally took vehicle to the actual dealership and was told they could not fix vehicle due to transmission being previously worked on and it had missing parts. Due to that, warranty was not honored. This was her 1st vehicle purchase and she was completely taken advantage of. I left one Star because i had to but they deserve 5 thumbs down. REPEAT.. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!”

“I didn’t buy, 1,2,3 I actually bought 4 cars from this dealership. Service was fantastic and the cars were in great shape. I took that BMW to Ancira to trade it in and buy a new car(Jeep Grand Cherokee) and the sales manger offered me 4,500 for my trade in. I took that BMW back to Heritage and bought that Bronco and they gave me 12k for that BMW. I call that Honesty, integrity and great service I will be back to trade in that Shelby.”
