“Don’t go to this dealership for diagnostics on your vehicle. There are several other reputable shops and mechanics that will run the same diagnostics for free. Furthermore, they use their brand and imagery as a dealership is a rationalization to overcharge you for services. For my breaks, I got quoted for over $1600 worth of pre-tax work that Brake Check did for $650. Furthermore, they wanted to charge me $5400 for some electronic sensor that I found online that a mechanic will put in for less than $500. Simply put, there are too many people with mechanical and technical prowess to justify paying for the brand name of a dealership. This is especially true when you consider facts such as the actual technician working on your vehicle is going to display the same relative competency as anywhere else you take it. Gunn can deny this, but it’s not like you get to meet your technician. My service advisor was pushy and clearly didn’t care about myself or my vehicle. The whole experience was a farce and it was obvious her sole objective was to ring up the bill. Just because they market themselves as the “one simple price Broadway Avenue” doesn’t make them any less shady and money hungry as the rest of these old school dealerships. It’s merely another illusion and psychological tatic to rip you off. My family used to be big Gunn supporters, but not after the way I was treated during this past experience. They not care through, I’m a drop in their bottomless bucket”

“Would 100% recommend using Gunn honda for meeting your maintenance needs. I used the express service lane to get my oil change and a general tune up. I was greeted by Adrian quickly who listened to all my concerns and was friendly and efficient. I had thought I was due for new transmission fluid and I appreciated that Adrian looked up my car fax report and let me know this was unnecessary as I had recently done it. I had assumed getting all these services done at the dealer would be a little more expensive; however, I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were similar if not cheaper than other local repair shops near by. Additionally, I have a cage on my catalytic converter that is very loud and had been living with for years. I requested to have it either taken off or if they could adjust it to decrease the noise. It turns out the cage is very hard to get off and I elected not to remove it. To my surprise and delight Adrian informed me the mechanic was able to adjust the cage to reduce the noise and did so free of charge. I cannot thank Adrian and the mechanics at Gunn Honda enough! I am happy knowing my catalytic converter is still safe and the drive home was so much more peaceful without the constant rattle. I will definitely be back for any future maintenance or repairs! “I had an amazing experience buying my first brand new car here! I knew I wanted a 2026 Honda Civic Sport in Blue Lagoon Pearl, and Brian, my salesperson, was very attentive to what I was looking for in a new car. They didn't have the Civic in the color I wanted when I came to test drive, but they had a couple in transit and Brian made sure to update me on when one of them was going to arrive. When it came time to get my trade in evaluated and talk numbers, there was absolutely no hassle and they gave me a very fair value for my trade in. I went through my bank for financing, and there was no issue there either. The finance staff were quick and agreeable, and Brian made sure my car was ready to drive off the lot the same day.
