“Bought car in 2023 . Made it very clear needed full warranty for this car . Since last I bought it several spark plugs needed to change but mostly a sensor dashboard replacement which the warranty doesn’t cover . It’s 22page warranty ! Come to find out wasn’t given the top warranty, and paid 3k for the second highest tear as I assumed this was the one with the most coverage. Also the warranty “ shield” horrible as it took myself and jaguar a week to finally get a person , very rude . Called dealership , had attitude but said they’ll see if they can help with parts never returned call. Don’t buy drone these guys”

“I needed a second car and I was eye balling this car for a couple days now. I went today and said a prayer and let me tell you, when I got there I got the most respect and care and support. The staff there was amazing and helped and did the power thanks to Miguel. Jerry the sale guy but he had a Spanish name was very sweet and nice and made it happen. The manger there is super nice and cares. If you want a car please please go there. They will work with you and help you and they mean it and just humble staff. God bless you all. “The salesman were very helpful and accommodating as my husband and I looked at the car we came to see. They told us exactly why the check engine light was on (it was an older car and cheap so we weren’t surprised it was on.) My husband had a code reader with him and verified what they said. We were offered a warranty and the salesman highly suggested we get one as it is a used vehicle (every used car should have one, I think if you can’t afford the warranty maybe you should consider the cost of repairs before purchase.) We purchased the car as a first car for our daughter, we also purchased the warranty which I can happily report we didn’t need because the issue resolved itself. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an easy purchase experience with good cars at an affordable price. We will be back to work with them again!”
