“I had an amazing experience at AutoNation thanks to Daniel. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient—no hassles at all. I went in on Christmas Eve just to look at a car and was completely done within two hours. That alone was impressive!
What really surprised me was that I originally came in just to trade my car in and get an appraisal, and I ended up leaving with a Mercedes-Benz—something I never thought I’d be able to do. Even better, my monthly payment was less than what I was paying for my Kia before. Absolutely unreal.”

“I ultimately did not end up with a vehicle from here. With that said, the process to potentially get the vehicle I was looking for was about as smooth as it can get from the traditional dealership type of atmosphere that Autonation provides, albeit with a ton of guarantees that they DO honor. I had a few issues with the vehicle I chose and the team here was quick to rectify my concerns and honor my decision.
I’d specifically like to shout out Kam Parks for being incredibly responsive to my reaching out and swiftly handling my concerns.
I’d recommend anyone in the used market that sees a vehicle they like here to not hesitate to give them the business. They honor their end.”

“Im very pleased with the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Process was very long, but I was able to walk away the store with a new car in the same day. Abraham, Sean, and Kameron worked as a team to ensure I was comfortable with my transaction, and even went above and beyond with specific demands. No hidden fees, and while they do of course have add ons they push, when I asked them to remove them, they only defended the benefits of there service, and then complied with my decision with no push back. I did however agree to add their 5 year complete warranty of vehicle with only a $100 deductible. This made me feel truly safe purchasing a vehicle from them.”

“My sales rep was John Gonzales. He was amazing. Basically said we can finance anybody. He searched and found a vehicle. He made the impossible deal of trading in a lease I’ve only paid a few months.
I went to many dealerships trying to get myself out of a lease . The vehicle was a lemon in the get-go from another dealership. I decided to trade it in. since AutoNation has several Sister dealerships under AutoNation. I was able to get off a lease and purchase a Tesla Y model. He got me out of my lease and finance at a lower rate .
I like to thank all the manager, sales reps and finance for helping me. Everyone took extra time and effort. Amazing people in San Antonio auto nation.”
