Do not put your car in to get work here unless you like being charged for services that weren't needed and if you like having to take your car back for the same issue you originally brang it in for. Had the most terrible experience with this Kia and it seems to never get any better. My car was overheating we had it towed to the dealership for them to say it was my radiator hoses that needed replacement.... Asked if this fixed my issue they assured me yes and needless to say it didn't. A few days later I took it back and now my thermostat is rusted shut. Cars still in shop get another call that the head gasket it blown. Cars still there the very next morning I get a call saying it's my whole engine it needs replacing.... How did it go from it being my radiator hoses to a head gasket to a blown engine. I initially paid almost $600 to fix my over heating issue and it wasn't fixed the first time. Now I'm out of that money and now out of an engine? The cars less than 90,000 miles and is a 2020 Kia soul. You would think it would last longer than that. I paid for a service that didn't fix my issue and they gave my car back without other testings. This easily could have resulted in more damage as they took the easier route of trying to figure it out and just assumed it was the hoses. My paperwork said they did a pressure test and confirmed my thermostat was opening and closing when they did the hoses and that no issues were found to the engine. But when I took it back a few days later all of a sudden now the pressure test shows signs of a bad engine and now a rusted thermostat? Seems as if Kia is at fault for this. Something doesn't add up and I will never recommend this place to anyone. They won't even acknowledge their screw up and said they usually only check coolant level and hoses. Guess they don't do more when you say your cars over heating. I thought any normal honest mechanic would do more. Can't even trust the dealership. And can't even get a refund for the work I paid for which was suppose to fix my issue. Noone would pay to do work on a bad engine if they were told that from the beginning. Our car was misdiagnosed the first time coming in which resulted in further damage. Oh and don't even say to contact the department manager. That got nowhere since I did that before making this review.

Frustrated with this dealership. Went to buy new car, with clear price point in mind determined largely from their website and msrp. We showed up and prices are immediately higher with no recognition of online price. Moreover, after tentative agreement the stated price kept going up due to dealer additions. We left and came back willing to pay the higher price….and it went up again. This second time we were ignored at the dealership. Felt utterly bizarre to be trying to give someone cash at a price they requested and to be ignored. We did not feel like they dealt with us in good faith. Probably common car buying practice (we keep our cars for a long time so it’s been a while), but if so this is exactly why people hate buying cars. We went over to Toyota of Boerne and worked out a deal almost immediately.

Auric and Annette were great. We went in already knowing exactly what we were looking for and Auric made the process easier than we thought it was going to be. My dad is 91 so when it came time to sign all the paperwork he was ready to go lol. Annette was very helpful and patient and had us in and out within 20 minutes. I've never had a car purchase go so smoothly!! I appreciate everything they both did and will definitely be sending people their way!!

Auric Uriostegui was wicked helpful! I drove from Austin to San Antonio just to come to this dealership and I’m so happy I did! This was my time at a Kia dealership and Auric was very friendly, patient, & answered all of my questions! We looked at several cars and ended up staying past 9 finalizing the deal but I never once felt rushed or pressured to commit to anything which was very refreshing compared to the other dealerships I’ve gone to. I came in looking at the K4 LX and ended up leaving with the K4 EX at an incredible deal and I couldn’t be happier! The entire process was surprisingly so smooth and easy thanks to Auric & Cesar Rodriguez in financing. I love my car so much and I’d make the drive from Austin to San Antonio again for this dealership! Highly recommend working with Auric! (Being able to take a photo with a cute bow was the cherry on top!)
