“This review is for a 2022 VW Taos 1.5T S wagon/SUV that my wife Terry and I just purchased at the Salisbury Carmazone dealer on Jake Alexander. Carmazone is a great place to buy a quality used car for a price that for the most part cannot be beat (unless you’re buying from a private individual, maybe a granny with a low-mileage gem who’s just trying to get rid of it.) They do a great job of making sure the cars they sell are ready to go, and make the process of buying a car as hassle-free as possible. Our sales rep, David, was friendly and very patient, going out of his way to work with us to help us decide what we really wanted, without being pushy. He stayed an hour late as a winter snow storm was approaching to give us the chance to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted. After the sale, David made sure all my questions about my new vehicle were answered. Ken Kavanaugh, the sales manager, bent over backwards to work with us in making the sale happen. His help throughout the sales process was much appreciated. We would like to thank the Carmazone sales team for everything they did to make what could have been unpleasant and tiring a reasonably enjoyable experience. I can easily see us coming back to buy our next car here, and would recommend Carmazone to anyone who’s in the market for a quality used vehicle.”

“Please run as fast as you, brought a Audi Q3, 2017, two years ago, The Next day the car died, leaving me and my daughter stranded. Concord had to give me a jump. I was so upset, took it in and they made promises of fixing the roof inside clothe was dropping, I have taken this car in the Audi Q3 in to the Dealership for steering wheel was not drivable, took ans have spend over 5000.00 on repairs. It has been a Nightmare, Finally received. a call from them to pay off my car. But I need to bring a mechanic and need a carfax from the beginning of the Car DO TRUST IT... to trade the car in. they told they sold during the Covid Pandemic and I can bring it in to pick something else. My Car had more Miles then was listed once I took to the Audi Dealership. I know it did not match... DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM HERE... AND THEY TOOK MY C The warranty I purchase can not be use at all the dealerships. Trash... Please take a mechanic when getting a car form them. I bought this car for my birthday This one hurts!!!”
