“A wonderful first experience at my newest auto dealer service team. This 2023 Kia Soul is a converted handicapped vehicle which will present some challenges to service as it ages in place so the dealership’s understanding and quality service is particularly important to me. Bert was particularly kind and helpful. I was always updated on the Kia’s service progress and Bert assisted me on getting an updated receipt two days later that will help me establish my new residency in Salem.
