“We came in just looking around at trucks, not quite knowing what we wanted, and Britney instantly helped us find our dream truck at a dream price. She was not only knowledgeable, but honest which impressed us. At no point did we feel pressured and she didn’t string us along at any point with trade ins. If you’re going here ask for her and she will take amazing care of you.
The sales manager explained our warranty options in full detail and made sure we were completely taken care of. This is an amazing establishment.”

“I worked with Paul P. at Berglund Ford Mazda, and the experience was genuinely frustrating. I went in to chat about SUVs, mainly interested in the Explorer but open to an Expedition, and he showed no interest in helping us at all. I was looking at luxury trims in at least the 70k+ range, and he still didn’t seem motivated to provide even basic information.
He didn’t know simple facts about the vehicle and disappeared for about ten minutes to talk to his manager. He even admitted they had to Google whether the model offered a heads-up display, and somehow still didn’t come back with an answer.
When I asked for an out-the-door price on a specific Expedition they had on the floor, he responded by explaining sales tax and other fees to me like I had never purchased a car before. He didn’t offer to print the window sticker or provide a breakdown or share any other details. He didn’t even try.
Then he told me they “don’t just keep platinum trim cars on the lot,” which makes absolutely no sense from a business perspective. Who is ordering a vehicle in that price range without seeing what they are getting? The comment was especially ridiculous because the floor model Expedition was the trim I wanted, yet he never offered to let me see it or walk me through it.
I’m not just disappointed. I’m honestly a little angry that I wasted an hour of my Friday evening when I could have gotten more helpful information from Google.
Berglund Ford, you did not earn my five star review.
Updating to add that I did ultimately get my platinum trim explorer from magic city. Crazy how they did “just have one sitting on the lot.””

“I was having some issues with my vehicle and called to make an appointment for service. I spoke with a friendly lady and gave her my information and my vehicle information and told her the problem. I was having. She put me on hold to speak with a technician to see if they had the part, then scheduled me for the first available appointment which was a week and half away. After working all night, I then drove all the way to Salem to drop off my vehicle and had a friend meet me there to drive me back home. I went inside to give them my keys and was told they WOULDN'T SERVICE MY VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS OVER 10 YEARS OLD!!! I stood there in total disbelief that I had an appointment and confirmation from a technician, but they wouldn't repair or even look at my vehicle. I wasted time, energy and gas as did the friend who met me there. I will never buy anything from Berglund and I'm posting this on several social media outlets. Innocent consumers should be warned about their terrible business practices!!”

“So far so great. I love taking the explorer in for service at this dealership. The service team is down to earth, helpful and easy going. I enjoy talking to them about the cars and life in general. Always a good time.”

“I arrived on time for my 10 am appointment, noting to the appointment taker that I would be waiting for my car, which had 2 issues. One was a low battery warning (24 Maverick after 16 months service and 10k miles) and a sensor issue indicating my crash alert sensor was not working (along with cruise control). By noon my car was not yet in the bay. Finally someone pulled another vehicle out to test my battery which showed a low charge. It took another hour to get a printout for a warranty replacement, and FINALLY after 5 hours I had a new battery. The sensor issue was not addressed or repaired. This is the second time I’ve visited the Bergkund Ford shop for service and been HIGHLY disappointed. Michelle’s attitude did not help, claiming she thought it was a drop off vehicle and there was little she could do. Appointments are appointments people. Your customer service is very poor.”
