“The staff was friendly at first, and we purchased an Equinox for my wife. Within a couple of weeks, we noticed water stains around the sunroof. After the first rain, the headliner was soaked. It took weeks just to get someone to respond and let us bring it in. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong. The very next rain, it leaked again. After more back-and-forth, they offered to swap the vehicle for something of equal value. We drove 3 hours to do this, only to be told they would give us $7,000 less than we had just paid for our vehicle and add $12,000 to the price of the replacement. That’s not an equal swap. When I asked them to simply fix the car, I was told they would take care of us. The next day, they said they would only cover the diagnostic fee—not the actual repair. I’ve tried contacting customer relations multiple times with no response. We’ve been dealing with this for a year and feel completely ignored. Very disappointing experience.”
