“Went to this dealership after totalling my pervious car and William H was fantastic! He helped me find a car that was in my price range and had it ready to drive when I pulled up. From beginning to end, my customer service experience was exceptional, he even helped me deal with insurance when they were giving me a hard time. Would definitely get a car from them again! Thank you!!”

“Horrible experience. I bought a car from them two years ago which was decent. My issue comes with the customer service. The car only came with one key. They offered to pay half the price for a second, but told us it was on back order and would arrive in the next two months (am I crazy or does back order typically imply that it was actually ordered). 3 months later, I call back. "It's still on back order". I call again 3 months later and the conversation turns into, "let me contact someone and we will call you back". No response. This has happened multiple times.
Fast forward 2 years. Obviously they never ordered the key. I gave up on bugging them. My workaround was buying a Bluetooth tracker for my keys. Turns out this isn't a viable solution when someone steals your keys and you find out it's 100 miles away. Contacted Sundance again...."we will have someone reach out".
Bottom line, I should have gone somewhere else to get a spare key instead of trusting Sundance to keep their word. Once they take your money, they don't give a crap about you.
Now I have a pile of steel sitting in my driveway and have to jump through 10 more hoops in order to be able to drive my car. I will never buy from this dealership again.”
