“Terrible experience. The st johns location was not what we expected especially from the commercials. Small place with a small selection. Had to track someone down for help. Turns out he was helping multiple people and kept having to leave. Quarters were super tight other people sat in there and could hear your business. Took a car for a drive and told him it sounded funny. Said he would tell them to take a look. Tried to get financed but said the main guy wouldn't be there until monday and could get better options. The only place that responded said they wanted more down payment. Then asked if we wanted to put a $100 hold on the card. We said no. Said he'd call us Monday with more options. Went to get his manager to come out and thank us for driving almost 3 hours to see them. Manager never came out. Said we'd talk Monday. No calls or emails all week. Never heard from anyone. Got a car that Monday from someone else with less of a down payment then we brought to Sundance. Would never come back and will not recommend them to anyone.”

“I recently visited Sundance in St. John’s, Michigan and worked with Jacob Tokarchick while searching for a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable from the start.
I was not given the opportunity to browse the lot on my own. From the moment I arrived, I felt pressured and closely followed, which made it difficult to look at vehicles at my own pace. The three cars that were presented to me did not closely match what I had described I was looking for, but I still test drove them to keep an open mind.
After deciding I wasn’t interested in any of them, I was strongly encouraged to take one home overnight “in case it rubs off on me.” That suggestion made me uncomfortable, as I was not prepared to borrow a vehicle and did not feel confident in the options shown.
When I said I would think about it and get back to him, I was told I was “gambling” on a good deal and that I shouldn’t complain if the car sold the next day. That response felt unprofessional and unnecessarily pressuring.
The following day, I sent a polite message stating I was not interested and wished to move on. Instead of a professional response, I was blocked.
Car buying is a major decision, and customers should feel respected and comfortable throughout the process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.”

“Yesterday, I drove away with a beautiful vehicle from Sundance GMC. While I'm excited about the vehicle, what makes it even better is the experience. I've purchased many vehicles from various locations over the years, and this one topped them all. James was a great sales consultant working with me and answering questions via phone and text before the visit (I found the vehicle online) and then the same treatment in person. In addition, the entire staff was friendly, helpful and just make the experience everything a vehicle purchase should be. If you are anywhere near this dealership, I highly recommend!”

“I had some issues with my vehicle on a Sunday morning and dropped it off at St Johns that same morning. I called Monday morning at 7:30am and they were already on it, the issues were fixed very quick and efficiently. They give me that piece of mind, I don't have to worry when my vehicle when is up there. The entire service department is just great!”

“Will and the sales team at Sundance were incredibly helpful! The sales manager treated my wife and I with respect, even knowing we were new to the idea of buying from a dealership, and with the help of our sales rep Will we were able to make a solid deal on a 2018 Colorado. They’ve most definitely earned two lifelong customers! 6/5 stars 👍🏼”
