“This is a great company to deal with very prompt and professional. Being honest up front with each part of our dealings seems rare in this industry at times. Highly recommended to do business with A+!”

“Had an issue the same day I bought the car and Tom took care of it professionally with no questions asked. Definitely would recommend doing business with them.”

“UPDATE on the Durango! After having put 8,000 dollars of nonstop mechanic work just to give the car the benefit of the doubt it would work out for us over the course of less than 2 years! We finally traded her in and leased a new car! This financially destroyed us! Paired with negative equity on the trade in and debt owed on repairs would never recommend anyone to shop here unless you have unlimited funds to dump into vehicles, which we did not! We finally have some peace of mind escaping that situation! Terrible car buying experience if I could leave no stars I would! Me and my husband purchased a Durango back in January. The car has broken down a total of 4 times since then all electrical issues! The first three times, Tim at the dealership agreed to have it towed in and “fixed” for us. But if we’re being real and honest here (unlike them)he sent it to his guys shop for them to reset the system and give it back to us each time claiming they said they fixed the problem! The last time my car went back to his buddies shop they swore up and down they found the problem and fixed the issue, I asked the mechanic at the desk that is he sure because I’m driving this car and do not want it breaking down on me while driving! He assured me all is well all is fixed and would send me a detailed sheet of all the repairs they made! Failed to produce any kind of paper work. 2 weeks go by I’m cruising down 80/94 and lo and behold the cars electrical system breaks down on me on the expressway! And tim refuses to respond! What a lousy company! I understand AS IS but I bought a vehicle that was listed to be a great investment and a safe reliable car! Not a yard ornament that costed $21,000!! THANKS AGAIN TRIPLE M YOU ARE A SCAM ARTIST! WAY TO GO TAKING FROM THE LITTLE GUY AND LINING YOUR POCKETS FULL! As if in this day and age people have $440 to waste a month on a car that doesn’t work!!!Putting your customers in unsafe inoperable vehicles! Don’t waste your money or time shopping here or you could end up like me stuck with a POS SUV! DONT STOP HERE FOR A PURCHASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!! you should be ashamed of yourselves triple m !”

“I just purchased a vehicle from Triple M Motors in St. John, IN and I was not disappointed with their service. Dan walked me through each step and was very patient, because I do ask questions. I test drove the vehicle that I found online with them and was very impressed with how clean it was and how it looked brand new. I am very happy with it and I am very happy to share with others their website to view their vehicles and partake of their customer service. Thanks guys!!”

“Bought a 2015 Dodge Durango they advertised as proven to be safe, reliable and an excellent investment. The lies start there. Wasn’t 7 days off the lot check engine light came on P0420 for catalytic converters. Day 9 completely lost power at an oil change shop vehicle would not turn on or respond. Tom had it towed to his mechanic shop McInnis Automotive. They fixed the Catalytic converter and driver side knee air bag that was screwed in with house screws. They “Reset the computer “ aka another lie they hard reset the computer to continue to hide the electrical problem so it breaks down and leaves me stranded again. Drive it for couple more days after I get it back check engine light comes then next day dash board goes out and leaves me stranded again. Tom paid for the tow again to his shady mechanic shop where it sat there for two weeks so that they could reset the computer and update it and drive it around and make sure it’s good. They just reset the computer and parked the vehicle in the back another lie. Got it back again drove it for couple weeks now it’s completely broke down again major electrical issues. Every time I told triple m what happened all they said was it didn’t do that here on our lot they take no responsibility for selling a unsafe car that I now owe 21,500$ on a unsafe lemon I can’t even drive or feel safe. Also front brake rotors are warped motor mounts are shot and power steering has a leak plus I bought it it has anti theft Lugnuts with no key I had to order one and take it to discount tire to get them off. Do not recommend triple M they sell lemon cars and lie to your face. Do not recommend stay far away scam artists.”
