“I recently made a 2 hour drive from Daly City to Niello Volvo to pick up a Toyota Sienna, and it was worth every mile. The level of service we received was outstanding from the moment we arrived.
Our sales consultant, RJ, was incredible to work with. He was very personable and related to me as a fellow father, which immediately put us at ease. He was exceptionally welcoming to my wife and very cordial with my daughter, making the entire experience feel comfortable and family-oriented rather than a high-pressure sales pitch. RJ was extremely responsive via email and answered all of our questions quickly before we even left the house, which is exactly what gave us the confidence to make the trip. He truly ensured all of our needs were met.
Chris, one of the primary managers, was also exceptional. He was instrumental in facilitating the deal and worked hard to get our interest rate lowered even further than initially expected. He made sure the whole team at Niello managed our deal with professionalism and care, and it made everything feel seamless.
In the finance office, Justin and Andrew were absolute professionals. They managed to lock us into an amazing interest rate in-house, which actually beat the rates we were seeing from credit unions. Most dealerships are unable or unwilling to compete with credit union financing, so I was thrilled when they were able to provide an even better rate.
I am so glad I made the drive to Sacramento. If you are looking for a vehicle and you are anywhere within a 100-mile radius, Niello Volvo should be your go-to dealer. They turned a long trip into a fantastic experience, and we couldn't be more pleased with our new Sienna.”

“Christopher with Volvo Niello was phenomenal with his service towards me when buying my first car. Very polite and understanding and under no pressure at all. Gave me the info I needed and gave me the time to think on my decision. Ended up starting the buying process that day. Highly recommend.”

“Scammers! I made an appointment, and a day later they called me back to confirm. The woman asked if I had any additional questions. I asked about the cost of a specific service, and she connected me with the service manager. I clearly explained that I had replaced the battery in the communication control unit and now needed a software update. He quoted $160, and I said that was fine. When I arrived at the appointed time, the price had increased to $285, to which I said that I had asked the price before arriving. Why was it $160 and now $285? The service manager replied that he hadn't spoken to me on the phone, but someone else had. They also said that they thought I only needed to erase the "service" sign on the dashboard, even though I clearly explained what I needed done. I highly do not recommend this place. I wasted my time. They probably expect you to have already arrived and agree to pay whatever they quote. It's a dump, not a service center, just like their cars, disposable plastic buckets. I ended up buying a Volvo from friends because they were leaving, but I'll never buy one for myself and I don't recommend it for you.”

“My son found the perfect car at Niello, but unfortunately we live 1700 miles away. It was important to have a salesman we could trust and confidence that we could fly in and drive home with no surprises or disappointments. Niello delivered on all counts. Our salesperson, Cole Kelley, invested some extra time to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting. His communication was clear and accurate. The back office team made sure every detail was taken care of, even calling my states DMV to verify I wouldn’t have tax issues. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks!!!”

“I have not purchased a new car in 17.5 years. My Camry hybrid is still going strong. I was considering what car I would get next and it was between Volvo and another Camry. I really thought it would be the Camry. My husband did some searching and found an S60 B5 for a price we could not pass up. He contacted Niello and connected with Jessica LeClerc. We went in that same day and she was so amazing and pleasant to deal with. It was nothing like any other car buying experience I have had. We test drove two different vehicles and decided to get the S60. During our test drive Jessica answered all of our questions about the cars and Volvo products overall. She really seems to like the company and cars! Getting the paperwork all done and getting through financing was not only easy but rather pleasant! They cleaned up my new car and we were on our way! She followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions and even emailed me the day after that to wish me a happy birthday. Above and beyond customer care.”
