As a person who has never owned a VW or German car Niello has been great. I called last minute just to get an oil change and they got me in the same day and when i get there a little late there was no issue. They kept me informed all the way and got me out of there quickly. Great job to the team at Niello VW!

This was honestly probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I took my car here to Brent because the coolant was leaking in my VW 2022 Jetta in July, and was repeatedly told that maybe I had not closed the coolant cap all the way (even though my car alerted me that it was low shortly after I had last had a service at Niello as well as after I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube, and only once did I refill it myself). I was sent home with nothing fixed, but hoped that the problem was somehow resolved. I had also asked for my windshield wipers to be replaced, since I had new ones from Costco in the trunk, and they said yes but then I realized that did not do it once I got home and checked my trunk and they were still there. A few weeks ago, now November, my coolant light came on again, and I refilled it again and called Brent directly since he had told me to call back if there it had happened again and since my car was still under warranty. When I came to drop off my car, Brent was dismissive and didn't explain anything or make eye contact, and seemed like he just wanted me to leave. I asked again if they could replace my wipers, and he said they don't do that here (even though when I asked him the same question four months ago he said yes). I also asked if they could replace my key battery as well, and he said yes. Several hours later, he texted that they found the leak and would need to keep my car. I got a loaner car (which when I went to pick it up he didn't help me or acknowledge me and someone else ended up helping me) and waited six days before hearing another update about my car, which was that it wasn't ready and he would follow up in two days. Then the next day he called me to tell me it was ready. When I asked follow up questions over text (as they recommend we do), he didn't answer them. When I got there to pick up my car, he then decided he would try to change my wipers, so I stood there for 30 more minutes after I came after work to pick up my car while they tried and failed to change my wipers and came back inside laughing and gave me the wipers back in pieces. When I got my car, the change key battery light immediately turned back on, meaning they had also forgotten to change my key battery. My gas was also about 50 miles lower than it was when I dropped it off. Overall, the service from Brent was non-communicative, dismissive, and unprofessional. I'm almost certain that if I were a man I would have been treated with more respect and consideration, which is extremely disappointing. I feel like I was really reasonable, just expecting basic respect, explanations about what was going on with my car, and communication since I was without a car for a week. Would not recommend.

I first want to start with saying that Tevin in sales and Fernanda in Finance are absolutely amazing employees. Their attitude and grace are the ONLY reason I ended up buying a car last Sunday from this dealership. We went in at 10 am to buy the car that we had been in talks with Tevin about. Drove over 2 hours in the fog to be there. We test drive the vehicle, fell in love, and then we were sat in the main lobby to "wait" I guess? It took over an hour for one of the desk managers to come over to give us our numbers. As he walked up, he shook my husband's hand, introduced himself, and sat down. He did not once look at me or acknowledge that I was sitting at the table. When he asked my husband who the car is for, my dear husband pointed to me. Everyone was uncomfortable, including the salesman. The man still did not acknowledge me. He then asked who he should be talking numbers with, and again, I was pointed to. Still no acknowledgement. I snatched the paper out of the man's hand at this point and realized that he was trying to tack on almost $10,000 of "already installed features" that wasn't included in the price. He didn't stay to talk to me. I turned to Tevin in disbelief that that just happened and asked him to take the extra "features" off, which he was able to do with the other desk manager. I don't know what the guys problem was, but I overheard that he recently was promoted to his poition. Niello, you might want to reconsider having such a misogynistic jerk of a sales manager manager. If I didn't need the car as much as I did, I would have walked out. I won't be back for service if that is how you operate.

Service Review: only worked with two advisors so far, but both Brandon and Brent were super helpful. They explain things clearly and help you keep your car in good condition without pushing anything that isn't necessary, all while taking your budget into account. The techs are fast and thorough, your vehicle will be well cared for here.

We surely had the best experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Nathan and Alex helped us with the whole process from first phone call to walking out with keys. They were kind enough to let me test drive the options I had in mind and let me take my time deciding without being rushed to make a purchase. They definitely deserve recognition for best efforts at customer service! Hopefully everyone else has the same great experience that i did! 🚗
