He was willing to go the extra mile for us, and although we had a car in mind that we liked a lot, he let us check out a few other options with different color ways and features to ensure we not only purchased the vehicle that we needed, but something we loved too. At first we were extremely discouraged after spending several hours at another dealership down the street, however decided to return back to Carlos, as Lions Auto Sales was initially our first stop. Carlos was very flexible and beyond willing to work with our budget - in fact he saved us over 50% of what we were initially planning on spending. He was extremely helpful and considerate upon our return, always with a smile on his face. He was very uplifting and beyond helpful when it came to the signing and payment process, explaining everything which we needed to know for our new purchase. Despite it being later within the evening, my partner finished the majority of the paperwork needed prior to myself getting off work and arriving to the dealership. Upon my arrival, Carlos had wonderful energy, was well organized, and had all the additional documents I needed to complete printed and ready to go - allowing for the entire process to go both smoothly and quickly without any rush. Additionally, a great conversationalist and all around a wonderful salesman and individual! Carlos was also generous enough to let us know if anything pops up within the first week of our purchase, to simply give their dealership a call in order to resolve any issues. Very minor things popped up, for example we noticed one of our fog lights were out. Carlos was true to his word and assisted us in scheduling a date and time we could take in the vehicle to fix such, and the car was just like new in less than an hour. Not only were we blessed to get a new car, but it was also pleasure meeting Carlos and building a great relationship with both himself and Lions Auto Sales as a reliable and honest dealership you could trust.
