“This is an extremely fancy used car lot with exceptional service and professionalism. I just bought a car from them yesterday and they made the process super easy! I live an hour away, so they literally Sent me over every single document to sign so when I went there, I literally just handed them a check and grab the keys and was out of there in less than five minutes. The car is great In $2000 under market value because of the sale that they had. The crew of detailers are awesome. This car is 10 years old, but it’s like brand new inside And out. Next time I need a car, I would definitely check with them first because my experience was easy. They also work with a lot of lenders and seem like they can pretty much get anybody qualified. “I was looking online for an x5 with 3rd row seating because my family is increasing in size . I applied online and was able to be connected to Halim . I apologize if I spell any of the workers names wrong but all the staff were awesome and a great help to me and my family. Halim was able to get me a great rate on an already great priced x5 . I drove to the dealership to see the vehicle which was ready for me to see once I arrived . I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Michelle . Michelle unlocked the vehicle and told me to check if everything was in order . She started the vehicle and I proceeded to check everything inside and out. I checked around the engine bay . Everything was great. We then test drove the car and everything was great . We finally met Halim and another person named Baha but didn’t know his name but was greeted well by him as well. Halim was a great man and gentleman and explain to me everything no pressure. I had to talk to the wife about the terms and in the end we felt that we weren’t ready to close the deal. I explained my situation to Halim who was very understanding but Baha ask what was going on who was very concerned and asked how can he help to close the deal . Long story short Baha was very professional and told me to give him a chance to see what he can do . In the end we got a great deal and a lot of great and very professional help from all the staff. We purchased the x5 and If I purchase another vehicle in the future I will surely check them out again. I highly recommend this place for your next car purchase .
