“I've been searching for an e65 ALPINA and one popped up on the web search that was local to me. I went to Deluxe Motors in December to check it out with the expectation that if it all checks out I would be ready to buy. It is an older car so I was not expecting perfection but there was an issue that the dealer wasn't aware of and most buyers wouldn't either unless they're familiar with this specific model. I decided to take time to think about it and continue my search. Mike was great did not try to push a deal and was easy to deal with. Fast forward to February and I was continuing my search but since this was only a 2 year imported model car there wasn't many local that were available or in worse condition than the car Deluxe had. I already sourced the parts I needed to fix the issue I identified back in December so I decided to go back to the Deluxe to check it over again. When arrived I went into office and Mike greeted me. I let him know I was interested in checking out the ALPINA and he mentioned the issue I was aware of and I stated I was aware of it but still interested in checking it out. Again zero pressure from Mike to make a deal. We came to an agreement on a price and I was full aware of the risk of buying this car as-is. I was in and out of the deal with papers signed and payment made in what felt like 30 mins. Mike even towed the car to my house which was appreciated as it saved me having to call my own tow. Its been a couple weeks now since I purchased the car and I'm more than happy with the deal we made. Repair has been done, changed the oil along with other maintenance and car runs great. Still more to do but glad I was able to find another ALPINA to add to my fleet. Highly recommend Deluxe Motors if you're looking for a car. Just keep in mind with any used car there are unknowns and the dealers can't predict the future of what could happen down the road. If you are risk averse buy new or buy an extended warranty for peace of mind. Do your research before you buy. Remember you're saving thousands over new so expect there may be maintenance you'll need to do or things that might popup down the road but that's not on the dealer do your due diligence before you buy.”
