“As soon as I got on the lot, I was greeted and asked if I wanted to test drive a vehicle. Chris was knowledgeable of the car I wanted to look at. We went for a cruise and afterwards, there was no hard press. He explained the history of the vehicle and the rigorous inspection and maintenance the car went through. I went home feeling like I didn't have any questions and was pretty much ready to buy. I had to get rid of my car which took a couple of days, but he was patient with me and helped with financing. “Our Experience was not the best when first discovering this dealership. We were approached by a salesman that didn’t seem like a true salesman’s trying to pitch a good sale. A few short days later we went back after getting a call from a manager to try and pursue a better deal for us and get us back in there which we were happy with after getting someone new there. Although that process seemed better, we would soon be awaken by several factors wrong with the vehicle. We have had several service appointments to Tesla that have cost us $$$thousands of dollars for repairs. Bake Tires, bad window regulators, air conditioning failed on us, little plastic of interior have began to fall apart on seats. Still have to get it back into Tesla for bad ultra sonic sensors for the falcons doors that the sales man said was normal for the doors to operate and Tesla assured us that there is something wrong with them, including the passenger door hinge not operating correctly. Overall I would stay away from purchasing a vehicle from this place. It will cost you some money. Hopefully, the dealership will do right by us and cover the repair costs of Teslas service and more.”
