“I bought a 2013 Jeep Patriot from these crooks on March 11. 2 weeks after purchasing the cars transmission started slipping. I contacted them about the problem they told me I bought the car as is and they cannot do anything to help me out other then recommend me to a mechanic. A month later I contacted them about the issue and now the car is getting worse. I’ve spent a lot of money getting this car for things to go wrong so early on. They are definitely crooks and I urge whoever to please steer away from these ppl. They just want to gain a sale and your best interests are not in the equation.”

“These guys are crooks and I was robbed buying a vehicle from Armani's Motors. My truck has broken down on me three times and been in the shop for repairs costing me a to total amount of $1600.00 in three months. I called to complain but never get return call. When I purchased the truck Sal told me the registration was paid so why did I get a registration bill today asking me to pay $450.00 by April. These guys lye to make money and will sell you anything to get what they want. After spending $14000.00 three months ago on a Ford truck I'm totally disappointed and buying this truck from you. the truck has been a problem since literally the first day of purchase when it broke down 15minuts after the purchase. Now the truck left me stranded and having to call a tow truck to get me home. The truck now sits in front of my house after spending $14,000 with you after only driving the truck 9 total times in 2 months. I've been very patient but this has to be illegal selling vehicles that aren't up to par. We are seeking legal advice because my wife and I are totally frustrated right now. You gave me a warranty which makes me pay for half of any faults that happened to this truck. this is not fair that I am already having to find a mechanic to fix a $14,000 truck that I bought from you just 2 months ago. this have been the biggest mistake of my life loosing $14,000 for a vehicle from Armani's Motors.
if you're considering buying a vehicle from Armani's Motors be careful. I expected to buy a good for your cold from a quality place.
Man was I wrong!😣”

“They advertised a 4 wheel drive truck with a tow package but when we got there it didn’t have one, false advertisement. We ended up purchasing the truck after they discounted it some for that. Took it home and drove it on a dirt road 2 days later and the 4 wheel drive wouldn’t engage. We took it to them to fix. They sent it to a dealership to look at and said they would let us know what was found. Well they had it fixed without consulting us and then wanted us to pay. The owner yelled at me and we went round and round. Accused us of breaking it. I requested a copy of the inspection report and they never even had the 4 wheel drive inspected when they purchased it. Finally he told me just to come get it. Nice we didn’t have to pay, but meanwhile horrible customer service and so many things they did wrong. If I wouldn’t have stood up for myself they would have walked all over me.”

“We recently purchased a used car from the Sacramento location of Armani Motors. The experience was welcoming and pleasant throughout our purchase. Our dealership representative was Sal, who worked so well on our behalf you would have thought him our personal broker. We mentioned that the vehicle needed new brakes and rotors and he immdiately reduced the price of the vehicle by $250. He also obtained an outstanding interest rate for us with a reputable lending institution, insured the number of years to pay and the amount of our monthly payment worked well with our retirement budget. Last, but certainly not least, he found an extened warranty plan that best fit our projected needs. When this plan ended up being more expensive then the original, the dealership absorped the cost difference. We left smiling with a full tank of gas, again, courtesy of Sal.”
