“Koerner Ford is hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a brand-new Bronco that I was so excited for, and when I finally got it, it was covered in scratches inside and out. They showed me the truck in a dark service area before I signed the papers, and once I saw it in the light, I realized how bad it really was. The transport left a deep scratch that someone tried to cover up with paint, and when I pointed it out, management basically told me that’s normal and refused to fix it. The way they talked to me was rude and degrading. No care, no respect, no accountability. I even filed a complaint with Ford corporate because this place should not be treating customers this way. The salesman I worked with disappeared, and I found out later he was fired. No one followed up, no apology, nothing. If you’re thinking about buying from them, don’t. Go anywhere else. This dealership is unprofessional, disrespectful, and does not stand behind their word.”

“I recently took delivery of a 2025 Ford Mustang GT from Koerner. Back in February 2025, knowing exactly what I wanted and expected to order, I contacted a number of local dealerships with the same request. I plan to order this vehicle, with these options so please provide a quote. One dealership texted, another emailed, and another ghosted me, but Koerner called (Josh). Within an hour of their call, I was sitting in the dealership and had a quote in my hand for exactly what I wanted, with no pressure to commit. They even alerted me to special pricing for which i was eligible (prior to the employee pricing for all promotion). None of the other dealerships, once contacted, were as helpful or as interested in taking my order. Within a week of the initial discussion with Josh, I had placed an order for the car with Koerner. Everything about the experience, from the initial sit down with Josh, to delivery was top notch. Everyone was helpful, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me (especially Josh), without the hard sell or high pressure sales tactics. "Let us know when you're ready, and we'll be here". How refreshing! The team at Koerner actually made buying a car an enjoyable experience! I can't recommend Koerner Ford enough, and Josh was awesome for putting up with my constant texts checking on status. They are small, but mighty, so give them a chance!!! I will be taking all of my future car business to Koerner!!”
