He was very knowledgeable and worked with us on our trade in and helped get exactly we were looking for in a vehicle and the payments!
Would definitely buy another car through them!

“Pleasant staff but they sold a vehicle that they knew was part of a class action lawsuit due to theft that could receive updates and fixes to prevent this. They chose to do nothing for the future safety of the buyer. Handed the car fax and acted like it was a supreme vehicle.
It’s disgusting and disgraceful. You might be able to find a steal of a bargain but you might also buy a car that someone will steal! Buyer beware of a dishonest company.”

Most recently, I worked with Sam C. who was great in communicating about available vehicles, and responded quickly to questions. When I went to look at and test drive cars, he was very helpful and went out of his way to find the best vehicle and edition that included the features I wanted. He was courteous, helpful, patient and a pleasure to work with through the process. I highly recommend Bill Rapp Subaru. A++”

“My wife and I are currently driving Subarus #5 and #6. The first four were bought at the Subaru dealer closest to home. When we were ready to buy #5, that dealer offered a price that seemed very high. So, we went comparison shopping. Rapp’s offer was simple, transparent and better. The whole process was like car buying should be. Sam and Julie made us feel more like valued customers than the dealer we had been going to for years. When we bought #6 a year or so later Sam and Matt made it just as simple and pleasant.
I get service done there too, even though it's not close to home. They make it easy to wait for normal maintenance and the wait times are always reasonably short. On one visit for no wait service on a day they were really busy, they “put an extra guy” on and got cars back to waiting people earlier than first promised.
I could have written that before and probably should have but I never got around to it. Recently though I had a great experience with the service department and Chris, one of the service consultants. He’d probably say he was just doing his job but the way he did it reminded me that Rapp Subaru and the people there are exceptional.”

“I have never had such an easy stress free car buying experience. I am currently on active duty serving in our nations Army, and have very little free time. Ernie and Stephen Rudenis went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this process not only easy but quick. I had very limited time to fly to syracuse to pick up the vehicle due to a family emergency, they had everything ready for me and I was done in 15 minutes. They had my car all set up with the remote start ready to activated by my phone, the paper work waiting for me to sign, and were ready to answer any questions I had about the vehicle or the contract. Even though the process was quick I felt so taken care of and it never seemed "rushed". Ive purchased a variety of vehicles throughout my life fromm mazda to mercedes benz and this was by far the MOST pleasant car buying experience I've had. They treated me with respect and courtesy. I'm proud to say I bought my car from Bill Rapp Subaru because of Ernie and Stephen.”
