“Update: HOK contacted me to “make it right” and resealed the undercarriage. They put the car on the lift so I could see the end result. I appreciate the attention to my concerns and the sincere apology for the error and inconvenience. Purchased a used vehicle at Honda of Keene. The sales team was helpful. Purchased the rust protection product for the undercarriage and received the car with the rust minimally touched in my opinion. I was told the car would be cleaned, the rust removed (as best that could), and the undercarriage coated. This car was never prepped for the undercoating as evidenced by the nest still present in the frame and the rust all over. I’ve attached “after” photos from the day I received the car. I was advised by the dealership that they would find out what happened and call me back. Ive not yet received any response and it’s been about three weeks. I’ve had bad experiences with this service department in the past with my other car so I’m not surprised. Burned twice. There won’t be a third time.”
