“I don’t typically write reviews but they deserve one after their phenomenal service. The dealership made my car buying so great we came back to get my husband a truck only a few months later. This was my first experience with the service center. I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Mike. I showed up for my scheduled oil change (or so I thought) but i actually had a mom brain moment and my oil change was scheduled for the following week. After apologizing mike asked if I was willing to wait for my car to be done. If I could wait they could do it same day (mind you it was 3:00 on a Wednesday). Mike went above and beyond for fixing MY mistake even when I repeatedly told him that I totally understood my mistake and did not expect him to get me in. Thank you to Royal for truly being the best all around!!”
