“I was on a hunt for a specific Used vehicle and ended up finding exactly what I wanted on Franklin Sussex auto Mall’s lot. It wasn’t a Chevy, Dodge, or Jeep. But they gave us Great customer service as if it was. We had a small hiccup the day we signed and picked up our car with some timing mixups, but they made it right. I then noticed a small issue with the car I bought over the weekend which wouldn’t have been able to Have been noticed without driving it consistently as we did over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they got me in that same day and had all the repairs done and then some within 24 hours. Without hesitation, they got me in a loaner, and covered everything that needed to be repaired. The dealership is 45 minutes from my house, but they have a customer for life.
