“Got a CPO Hyundai Santa Fe a month ago from John and Alejandro (manager) And been loving the car. Worked with me through an annoying time for my family and I, when we were looking for a replacement for a damaged EV involved in an accident. They had a few add ons but nearly all were waived and I was given a good price. Only suggestion for dealership is I feel like the parking near the front feels a little overly crowded with non customer vehicles.”

“Ken Garff himself is rolling over in his grave after the way we were misled and mistreated at the Surprise dealership this afternoon. DO NOT shop this dealership if you are paying in cash. I can't speak for purchasing with financing. We were asked if we could purchase said vehicle for $23,500 if we would purchase today (10/2/2025) with your typical banter upon trying to leave. We told our salesman we needed to grab a snack and chat about it. Texting back and forth ensued and we said we would take the vehicle. We picked up a cashier's check for $23,000 made out to the dealership and brought $500 cash in case they were firm on the $23,500. Upon arrival salesman was jovial and took our cashier's check. A few minutes later Billy A. (sales manager who refused to give his last name) came into our little pod and informed us he couldn't sell the vehicle for $23,000 or $23,500 and angrily asked who verbally gave us this price? We walked out after 3 hours, frustrated, confused and disappointed that we were told a price that was not honored after we went to the bank, picked up a cashier's check and honored our end of the agreement. DO NOT leave this dealership without a WRITTEN agreement on an agreed upon price with Billy A. (big bearded man) or you will be wasting your time. If I could give negative stars I would. Ken Garff would be ashamed of his employees today. You've been warned!! UPDATED 10/3/2025 After reviewing numerous 1 star reviews the center of the issue primarily being dishonesty and revolve around general sales manager Billy Arterberry and his unprofessionalism. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. An attempt to contact me via call and text happened this morning from salesman Fernando asking me to remove his GSM Billy A. from this review. Please, do your own research, this is one of many 1 star reviews on their site or dealerrater.com. UPDATED 10/4/2025 All's well that ends well... 2022 Tucson Hybrid Convenience with 20k less miles, color we wanted and less OTD than the verbally committed price that was backed out of at KGHS. Mini North Scottsdale 5+ stars!! David and Leon were professional, courteous and efficient. Sent me the OTD price and guess what, that's what we paid for our new Tucson Hybrid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MINI NORTH SCOTTSDALE if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.”
