“Recently had a great buying experience at Sunnyvale Volkswagen. We met Amir Pokhrel shortly after we arrived and I explained the pricing we were looking for on a new 2026 Tiguan. Amir told us that he would look into pricing after he showed us the car and while we were on a test drive. When we returned from the test drive the car we were interested in was waiting out front for us to inspect. We said it looks good and went inside to discuss pricing. The pricing that was offered was very close to what we were asking for and was acceptable to us. Amir helped us with the start of the finance process and then turned us over to the Finance Manager to complete the paperwork. The Finance Manager offered and explained a couple of packages to us but we declined all but the extended warranty which he then priced appropriately. There was no pushiness to "up sell" us on all the package items and we felt very at ease with our whole transaction. After the paperwork was complete Amir showed us all the features of our new car and asked us to inspect everything inside and out. We didn't see anything that needed to be corrected and drove off in our new vehicle. Two days later I noticed what appeared to be a scrape on the rear liftgate spoiler. I contacted Amir stating that we didn't see this upon inspection and can Sunnyvale VW make this right? He said he and his manager would make it right and to bring the car in. Turns out what I thought was a scrape was just tape residue from the protective packaging and the detailer cleaned it off no problem. Now I am really happy and can't thank Amir and the team at Sunnyvale VW enough for our great buying experience.”

“Very nice dealership plays classic rock and I have had my car serviced here. Four stars because chairs in waiting area are suspiciously stained. Highest but I hope the work will hold up well. They do offer car wash service, I felt like they did not make an effort to make my rims clean, which being that I got new tires and alignment might have been a good touch.”
