“I recently took my vehicle to Banister Ford for the 30,000-mile service, and overall, I left feeling disappointed. The pricing was much higher than I expected. The basic package was $529, and their “best value” option was $669. While I understand that the service includes an inspection, tire rotation, and wheel balance, the total cost still felt excessive for what amounts to a routine maintenance visit. The staff was professional enough, and the work was completed in a reasonable timeframe, but the price overshadowed the experience. I didn’t feel like the value matched the cost, especially compared to other service centers. Because of this, I don’t plan to return in the future. I will likely take my vehicle to Firestone next time and compare both pricing and service. They offered me a $90 basic oil change option. I opted for that.”

“Went in for an oil change and fuel filter change, came out with these damages the manger Michael stated he would have my vehicle detailed the appointment for this is unscheduled as well as my truck still saying fuel filter needs to be changed. I waited for 3 1/2 hours WITH an appointment. Very poor service. No one seems to care enough to do anything when I do speak to someone on the phone.”
