“Very smooth car buying experience! I inquired online about a truck and one day in passing decided to stop and see it in person. Austin came out to greet my wife and I. I explained that I had done an online inquiry and I was headed to my son's baseball game and decided to stop in to see the truck. He was not pushy at all, he just took my name and number and said he would check on it. He text me not even 30 minutes later and said there was some other info needed. I submitted that info and w days later he text again and told me his manager said I was good to come on in. I went in not very optimistic that I would be leaving with a truck. However, Austin, Karla, and the rest of the finance team made it happen! Thank you to everyone who had a hand in helping me upgrade my ride. "U" guys are the best!!!”

“We had a wonderful experience at Duke GMC working with Austin with the purchase of our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Austin had taken it upon himself to detail the Jeep and even filled up the tank. Austin was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable with regards to the technical aspects of the new Jeep. Austin kept in touch with us during and after the purchase and even sent us a Christmas card to wish us many happy miles. Ryan was also professional when we settled and he helped us purchase an extended warranty. All in all a great experience and we would highly recommend Duke GMC to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.”
