“Bobby Balmoos was great to work with, second car purchased from him! Knowledgeable and upfront...a salesman you can trust. You just CANNOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE TEAM. We have a complaint in to GM motors --- we made the appointment for the free tire rotation, oil change -- they offered to do the air filter but it wasn't covered, so we declined the airfilter -- but made an appointment for the next week for the free tire rotation and oilchange. We picked up the car -- and WERE BILLED $136!!!! For the 'free oil change and tire rotation.' It was "no longer covered," but was covered when the appointment was made?!?! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND --- I feel like I was scammed.”
