“⚠️ Buyer beware‼️ I initially bought a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas R-Line from Conway Imports. It felt too good to be true, so I took it to Volkswagen to be inspected after purchasing it, and they found the engine had been rebuilt with junkyard parts. Bolts under the engine were visibly loose, and the dealership claimed this car was in exceptional condition with a clean record. Thankfully, they had a 7 day return policy that I took full advantage of, but there is a 10% of vehicle price restocking fee & a mileage charge on top of that. I lost $1800 as a result. At the time of purchase, I thought I was getting a vehicle that was well maintained and never had any issues. My recommendation: Don’t agree to anything without getting an unbiased inspection first.”
