“Seaview motors is the one of the worst used car dealership I would say in Connecticut. I’m writing this review in regards to my mom‘s car buying experience this past week she put $2500 down. They told her the car will be ready on Friday then Friday comes, she didn’t hear nothing from them. She had to call them herself after she left a message the day before and they told her the car was not ready and that they had to get rotors and brakes from New York because they called all different kinds of Mazdas in Connecticut and none of them had brakes and rotors, which didn’t make sense and my mom told them that she would call them back. she called Danbury Mazda and Milford Mazda. She found out that both of them had brakes and rotors after they told her that no Mazdas in Connecticut didn’t have brakes and rotors, this was a complementary decision on their part to add brakes and rotors when they told her when she put the down payment it didn’t need brakes and rotors, but they would put new ones on just so she wouldn’t have no issues in the future my brother and my mom went to the dealership in person. The car was not registered after my mom showed them proof and gave them the insurance information the day before on top of this, they told her that the bank didn’t approve her for the car, after they told her she was approved and that’s why they said it would be ready on Friday at this point my mom asked for her money back. They were kind of standoffish on trying to give it back to her, but in the end, she did get her money back from this terrible situation and I would not recommend anybody whoever wants to get a car do not go there to Seaview motors in Stratford.”

We truly appreciate his attention to detail and integrity. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service Michelle provided.
