“I purchased a car from this dealership almost a year ago. It was a 2016 Honda Civic. Whenever I purchased the car I also got the after market warranty. To my dismay, a month later of having my car the check engine light comes on and then suddenly all the lights on the car come on and i’m stuck on the side of the road waiting for assistance. Finally get my car to a shop and they notify me I need new fuel injectors. Luckily, the warranty did cover that repair. Unfortunately that didn’t solve all the issues. A week after that my car breaks down again. Come to find out the catalytic converter my car has isn’t the original and the catalytic converter that was put on it wasn’t a very good one. I was told by the shop that it didn’t supply enough power that my car needed. The aftermarket warranty doesn’t cover catalytic converter repairs even though that catalytic converter was already there whenever I bought my car. Catalytic converters are expensive to replace so this is very frustrating. I was quoted almost $3000 for this. I was told that the car was in working conditions when i purchased it and nothing was wrong with it. I feel like not having the proper catalytic converter installed would be a hard thing to miss in the inspection they claim to do. The salesperson, who helped me the day I bought the car, was extremely nice and helpful. He even came in on Sunday, which they’re closed on, for me to be able to take my car home. I don’t have anything bad to say about him. I just wanted to make it aware of my situation and experience with the car I bought from this dealership to others.”
