“Make sure when you do your quote (trade in value or selling) that you do everything within the 7-day timeframe. If you are purchasing a vehicle, make sure everything is okay with the car in the 7-day window as well, otherwise you'll have to resubmit everything and the value of the car can drop or increase. This is why I couldn't give a five star review because I bought a car and it was fine but they had to replace my front window (very thankful for), but it was little discouraging when my sales person didn't honor the original agreement because it was past the 7 days (it wasn't my fault the window needed to be replace after transportation). However, my salesperson was nice and very understanding. I recommend Carmax over any dealership, there's no one trying to sell you additional/unnecessary warranties. The online process took maybe an hour just because I was also price matching with other places like Carvanna and Autotrader.”
