Safford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sterling

“Here is why auto dealers' reputations are so poor. I brought my truck to Safford RAM for a simple oil change. I gave them the coupon below. 30 minutes later they called to say they do not accept that coupon. Upon my arrival back at the dealership, the service manager said that was a "Mopar" coupon not a Safford coupon. I showed him the image. Then he said it was a Safford coupon but not a Safford of Sterling coupon. I showed him the web address. We even looked it up on his computer. Then he said he can't take the coupon because they won't make enough money on the transaction. So far 3 lies inside of 4 minutes. I popped over to ask one of the salesmen if I could have one minute with the general manager. He dialed his office phone, spoke not even one word, and in 10 seconds said, so sorry, the GM is in a meeting with corporate. I asked if he got ALL that information in that short speechless call, answer: yes. Two lies in under a minute. He's got the service department beat. Look, is this end of the world, nope. But the idea of confusing or misleading the customer is so strong in this industry it seems to be conflated with "standard operating procedure." My advice: maybe buy your car or have it serviced elsewhere. And to be sure: having it "in writing" is not good enough.”

“In for State Inspection and oil change on my Jeep Wrangler. Called early afternoon and got the appointment on the day. Was tolded it would take about 1,5 hours and I waited near by. After 1:15 h got the call car is ready, brilliant! While waiting at the counter next to me was a young customer also for an oil change. His service person informed him there is a discount right now on oil change and he would apply that to the bill. That's what I call great customer service!!! Same discount also used for me, love it!!! Very pleased with with that service, thank you Adeel!!!”

“Absolutely amazing customer service by Adeel in the service department! Was so fast with taking me in, putting my car in the shop, and having it out! Came out to the lounging area to give me multiple updates and drove with me to hear a weird sound in my car. Also, showroom as whole was impeccable.
