“Purchased a 2023 Ford F250 from this dealership almost 2 months ago. I live out of state and they assured me that they are well-versed in handling these sales remotely. That was not the case, this has been an excruciatingly painful process each step of the way, their communication has been terrible. After a very long purchase process, I finally got the truck delivered to my home and it showed up in a condition unsafe to drive, there was a steering issue that was extremely noticeable and I’m shocked that they sent it out in that condition. Had to pay out-of-pocket for the deductible for the warranty to fix something that they should have fixed before even listing it for sale. Now here I am, almost 2 months after the final signing of paperwork and the truck being delivered, I still do not have any paperwork for this truck. They have not sent me the title or bill of sale or anything, definitely something very shady going on. I have never had an experience like this from a dealership. I also paid them for taxes, registration, etc., they have not sent that money to the state nor have they refunded it to me yet for me to pay myself. I have this truck in my driveway that I am unable to register or pay taxes for because they have all the paperwork and the money for that. I have reached out to them so many times and have gotten very spotty replies, next step will be calling an attorney and the police. Also will be reaching out to the Illinois Secretary of State dealer licensing division and the Illinois Attorney General.”

“Assisted quickly to test drive & then purchase. Our salesman Andrew didn't hassel us or press us to add on any extra bells & whistles -- much appreciated. We came to a quick agreement on price. One star off as I did have to return to the dealership to sign paperwork. I think this could have been done via email so something the dealership should consider for non-local sales.”
