“Bought a 2018 Elantra for my 16 y/o daughter. Sales reps were really nice, but 3 days after getting the car home it started having problems. Contacted CarNova and they told me to bring it in. A quick look and all the did was replace the battery. A week later the same problems arose and couldn’t get a return call. Since I purchased a warranty from them, I took the car to a Hyundai dealer only to learn it needed a new starter and the warranty didn’t kick in until 30 days after purchase. New issues arose and the GM tells me there is nothing he can do. I’ve had the car for less than a month and he won’t help with anything. They won’t even cover the cost of the starter. A $1300 repair and they won’t do anything. Stay as far away from them as possible.”

“I think it’s safe to say I will never be purchasing another car from this place. They have been giving me the runaround about my tags. I bought a car an Audi from them in March and here we are in June and I don’t have My plate tags they got me driving around with a dealer tag. How long am I supposed to ride around on a dealer tag until I get my official tags and when you called up there to ask questions they give you the runaround tell you to hold on or either tell you they’ll call you back and you don’t hear nothing from them until you pop up and go down there. I will be Reporting this place to the BBB and the VA state troopers CarNova do better. I’m done with y’all count ur days”
