“DON'T TRUST THIS GUYS !!!! Our transport company, TK Auto Trans Inc, completed a vehicle delivery for this dealership on 11/03/2025. Despite providing proof of delivery and following all standard procedures, the dealership has failed to issue payment for the services rendered. We have attempted to resolve this through multiple follow-ups, but the balance remains outstanding. We value professional partnerships and clear communication, but unfortunately, we cannot recommend doing business with this location due to their non-payment and lack of professional accountability. Notice of Action: Due to the lack of response, we are moving forward with a formal complaint to the Texas DMV Dealer Board and filing a lawsuit to recover the debt. Furthermore, we are initiating the legal process to place a transporter's lien on the vehicle we transported. We prefer to resolve this professionally, but we will protect our business interests through all available legal channels”

“I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry LE from Zaza Motors LLC from their eBay listings and it has finally arrived. She is just as described as listed online, and the service here is outstanding! Not only did the representative, Frank Sultan, help me answer my questions, before and during this process, in a quick and efficient manner. He also helped me when there was an issue with the shipping company (Tad Logistics LLC). When the car was being unloaded, I had the papers ready and the driver's dispatcher told me I had to pay $600 for shipping, which was included with the payment. When I contacted Frank to ask for help, he fought on my behalf and helped me get it all sorted out. It was big relief knowing that someone had my back and I would definitely buy from here again when given the chance. “Update: I’ve had this car for a month now and in that month I’ve had to bring my car back 3 times for the same problem despite the car having what they offered to be a 3,000 mile warranty they’d rather cut corners instead of actually fixing the problem. “First of all I like to say Thanks to our salesperson ZAZA representative, I absolutely love my new/ used car, is a 2006 LEXUS SC 430 gorgeous and almost perfect condition and drives great. I must admit I was a little nervous specially when buying a used vehicle. But when I got to the dealership and observed the great inventory of exotic imported vehicles and the great condition they were in , I knew I was in the right place. As soon as Me and my wife arrived we were met by Ray, with a very refreshing welcome and great personality.
