Will was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my budget and my style, showing me several options that might be a good fit without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

“We researched and called two St louis area dealerships about 2 vans. Jordan with Napelton Mid Rivers Chrsyler assisted us with our research. He sent videos and addressed our potential concerns as we live 4 hours away and didnt want to make the trip if it wouldnt make sense for us. After a few days of more research, because a vehicle purchase is one of those decisions that one should spend time on. We felt the prices were better in the St Louis area than say Branson/Springfield. We made an appointment on Thursday and arrived this morning. Jordan was ready for us. The showroom was clean. I particularly liked this white Jeep but not that point in my life right now. Made us feel welcome and got us set up for our test drive. Overall we were happy with the test drive. We did, however find something wrong with it. When we arrived back at the dealership, we explained. Instead of getting defensive or denying, the dealership looked into our concern and we were able to negotiate a fair price both parties were happy with since we might have to fix it. I should also mention, a manager, Tony assisted us as well and was just as pleasant to deal with. Overall, they treated this middle class family with high class. So far so good on the vehicle and I would drive that long again if it meant Id save $ and know that we would be treated like that. Oh, and they detailed it and we did the paperwork in less than an hour.”

“Our experience was phenomenal! Top Rahman was our salesman! From the time I seen this vehicle online to driving out to St.Peters it was a smooth welcoming experience.
The test drive was great then to negotiations. As member of Capital One member I decided to try Capital One Auto Navigator which this dealership is in the network. So I checked my pre-qualification/pre-approval with Capital One Auto Navigator then sent info to Napleton by the next day we added our new 2021 Chevy Tahoe High Country to our family.
As a Chevy Legend this made our 4th Tahoe. So I knew what I wanted and Napleton Mid Rivers delivered! From start to finish. The 1st day we just wanted to check it out but having a night to think about plus the great customer service by Top Rahman we decided to upgrade. We are very pleased with the whole process.
