“I always have the best experience when going to Mercedes. Benz Smithtown their attention to detail, taking care of all my problems, showing me videos of the different issues that are happening with my truck and resolving issues as quickly as possible. It's been and welcome pleasure compared to other places that I've been to get service to my vehicle. My service manager Mark always gets back to me and schedules me quickly and takes care of all my problems. He got me a loaner truck so I was able to work while the truck was being serviced. I'm very satisfied with the service there and will always be using Mercedes. I highly recommend their service to anyone.”

“Great employee interactions, came across as strait foward , honest and genuine! Owners easy interaction made me and my love feel like we had been coming for years. The atmosphere was completely unexpected. The shark infested, ABC guided , pushers of the auto industry standard, were no where to be found! Completely and whole heartedly recommend Mercedes-Benz of smithtown for new and used MB(all models) and other intelligently picked makes/ models . We really thank everyone we met there for making our purchase as easy and enjoyable as it should be. There are top tier investment brokers not sales people.”
