Luther St Cloud Subaru

“Now I’m gunna leave a review… Boght my 19 forester sport from Subaru less than a month ago , as soon as I left after purchase the TPMS light came on , so I turned around and got an appointment to get all 4 replaced and they did great! After my appointment on my way home it felt like I had a brake hanging up or a brake noise, got home and check the front and just to find out my left front tire was loose , along with every other tier having LOOSE LUG NUTS! Called them explained the situation and he credited 100$ to my account for service.. Now 3 weeks later today, I got a mudflaps installed so I had to take the tiers off , 1 lug nut on both front left and front right wer stripped as can be and I couldn’t get them off with a ratchet, have you , Ive been a technician for 11 years ,the only reason I went and had Subaru to the TPMs sensors is to I don’t work for a shop anymore and don’t have a lift , I had to use my 1/2 in impact to get these off and 1 broke the stuff and one completely stripped out , I know this is common on Subaru but come on man!! Just because it’s a used car dose not mean rush rush rush … please be more careful..will not be returning for parts or service agin …”
