“It appears that the technicians can't even put the bolts back in they take out before releasing the car and then when you bring it back they treat you awful. It also just took my oil change place 2 minutes to identify two incorrect bolts the dealership put in along with the plastic wire protector hanging by the engine heat shield. No idea where it should. Brand new transmission put in by dealership and the clutch blows a month later, disheartening at best with certified Ford mechanics on site.”
