“After the service was complete and told me I was all set to go I looked under the vehicle and the new oil filter was all covered in oil dripping off of it. This happened to me before at this dealership.So they took it back and cleaned that up then went to leave and a random lug nut was on my bumper So I checked all my lug nuts luckily they were all good. I don't feel "professional grade" is at this dealership. Guess I need to take my business elsewhere. Thanks Richard”
