“Rick in Service is a RockStar! Dropped my 2023 Silverado off and the same week that I dropped my Ford off at the Ford Dealership. The service at these two Dealerships could not be more polar opposite. It was very unfriendly in the Service department at Ford. In fact it was so bad at the Ford dealership that I called Payne Chevrolet for a ride instead of having the Ford dealer drop me off. I just met Rick and visited the dealership for the first time last week. He and his team were Awesome! PS- He's been there 38 years. 100 year privately-owned dealership. Chevrolet should recognize and support these small local Dealerships Glad to say I found a great Chevrolet dealership. Still looking for a good Ford dealer.”

“I had 2 unfortunate events this year that resulted in damage to my vehicle, but the individuals in the body shop at Payne Chevrolet in Springfield, TN, were so helpful and did a fantastic job repairing the damage that resulted both times. I highly recommend them if anyone needs vehicle body work...the vehicle doesn't even have to be a Chevy!! I really want to give a shout out to Kenny in the body shop for answering all of my questions and keeping me informed as to my vehicle's repair status. He was super easy to talk to and very kind. 😁”

I have been treated badly at the local GMC dealership so , my truck comes here.Craig is wonderful in setting up appointments, checking me in ,getting me a ride and getting the service done in a timely manner. “My experience was great. Mark and Kenny in the body shop and Craig in service were great to work with. They fixed my C8 Corvette after it was hit and installed an exhaust and high wing on it while it was there, it only took two weeks, very pleased.”
