“Spent over $18,000 replacing parts on a JK barely out of warranty. A week later, the repairs failed, it slipped into gear, ran over my wife, destroyed my fence, and has rendered the Jeep undrivable. Not only did Karen (yes, really) hang up on me, but when I finally got through, she cocked an attitude sighing and telling me I had already been told the service center was closed -- at 2pm. Well, sorry, Karen, my wife is in the hospital, and I have thousands of dollars worth of damages to address /now/, but I guess the wild unreliability of your service department isn't really a major concern for Gupton. Edit1: And the other vehicle in the photos is one they also "fixed" a couple weeks ago, now undrivable. Edit2: I guess it's going to take a complaint to the MVC to get a response. This is just ridiculous.”
