“Update Springfield Acura wrote below that they were trying to contact me. They tried to get me to still buy the car a month later. I am an essential worker who needed to get back and forth to work they instead tried to ruin my credit. I really did not want to start 2026 with a lawsuit but I was close to purchasing a home until this traumatic experience
Update I just had to file criminal fraud charges. Springfield Acura is still lying about a car that was returned. They used my signature to secure new insurance without my knowledge backdated the information. If everything the did was right they would not need to alter information. They did not have permission to use my signature on this insurance. I now have to file a charge against Allstate as well for insurance I never owned. This dealership is full of crooks do not trust them.
Update as of 10/30 ACURA has run my credit 5 times in an attempt to ruin my credit to w me accountable for a car they currently have in their possession. I have had to file yet another complaint and have to start legal proceedings to get to cease and desist using my information or my signature . This is after the loan was cancelled. This shows they will use your information when ever they want
Had Will not convinced me to put my deposit on my credit card I would have lost my deposit. The way Sammy just tried to bully me into accepting paying over market price was disgusting the bank they used also tried to hold me up. The car will sit there until they pick it up. I’m going to get a car this weekend. Since I had the credit and the cash already. I can not believe they took my signature and placed it on this document”

“Well we were not going home with a car, we were just shopping around. We sat with Osvaldo and discussed which car fits our budget and our needs. After multiple test drives and looking at a bunch of different models and options we liked a certain car. This car would have been out of our budget but Osvaldo worked with his manager Nabil to get us EXACTLY where we needed to be to take a car home. This place really is amazing, the people here are thorough, kind, understanding and really listen to your needs. I dont think i would ever go to another dealer. The value we got for the car we drove away in is unvelievable. The options just are not basic, they worked to get us a better car, the perfect color, an amazing interior. This was just a perfect deal for everyone. Stop in and talk to Osvaldo and Nabil you wont be disappointed. Thank you gentlemen and everyone at the dealership.”
