“Great experience buying my BMW here, all thanks to Steve B. I was recommended to a local dealer by a close friend who had referred over 10 sales to them, but their salesperson's while friendly wasn't quite honest. Steve, on the other hand, was completely trustworthy, transparent, and easily the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. It was the last day of the month so it was clearly one of their busiest day but it was service with a smile! By the time I finished up meeting with finance, it was about 11:00 PM. Steve should have headed home since my business with him was done, but he stayed until the very end just to shake my hand and say congratulations.
