“Got recommended by a friend to go through Carmax for my next car. Let me tell you this was the easiest car buying experience of my life. No bs; no haggling; no person breathing over your shoulder; no hidden fees just simple this is the car this is the price here are the options for financing done. Started online looking for my pre qualification and started looking at cars in my price point the Springfield location didn’t have any cars that I was personally looking for but Kansas City did! They shipped my car down here it got here in 2 days after me ordering at 9pm on a Wednesday night they squeezed me in Saturday to sign papers and I was in and out in a hour and a half and they were busy! Every person I talked to from customer service on the phone to the sales associates and managers at the store were super friendly and super nice! They were just excited as I was for me getting my new car! Even tho I was not planning on buying a new car this year but had to due to totaling my old car they made this process the smoothest process ever! Want to give a personal shout out to Justin the manager up there that did all my paperwork for me and walked me threw everything! He’s fantastic! Yall have a great team at the Springfield location!”

“This was maybe the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure. No haggling. Gabrielle assisted us and she is very helpful and friendly. Also, one of the managers drives the same vehicle I purchased and was great help. The only thing I wasn’t accustomed to was making an appointment to test drive. And I was told the finalization for the purchase would be so quick I wouldn’t believe it. It took a little over an hour to get the paperwork done and I paid cash. In their defense, they were extremely busy trying to accommodate folks buying to replace totaled vehicles from the hail storm. I would still recommend and when we buy our next vehicle we will go back to this location to do so.”

“Process to sell a vehicle was very easy and quick. All personnel I came into contact with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was very clean and nice. No pressure to purchase. All inspections and paperwork were done in less than an hour. Walked away with a check for the agreed amount. Recommend sellers read all the information on line and bring all the necessary documents they recommend to the store. Will speed up the process greatly. Overall experience was great! “Excellent experience. Ended up getting new rotors and calipers along w new tires after having a BMW inspection. No hassle - just driving back and forth. Paid 200 bucks to have it shipped to this location and had 7 days to take it for a spin. Took maybe 3 hours from test drive to working through the agreement/financing. Easy! Washed and vacuumed it again before I left….even let me keep our previous car in the parking lot for a week until we could make it back the following weekend. Also a few local restaurants to check out and make a day of it so it’s not just cars and such.”
