“I had a very poor customer service experience with the technician named Frank, who was seated on the far left at the service counter. When I checked in, I asked whether there were any recalls on my vehicle. He identified four recalls but did not explain them in any way. After reviewing the document myself and seeing the listed recalls, I asked him if they were issues I needed to be concerned about. He replied that they were not a problem. Unsatisfied, I reviewed the document again, returned to the counter, and asked once more whether I needed to address those recalls. This time, he said yes, and that I would need to call back to schedule an appointment. He did not proactively mention or explain the recalls until I asked multiple times. This made it clear to me that he was not attentive to customers or concerned about ensuring they were informed about important issues with their vehicles.”
