“1 hour and 45 minute wait for an oil change with an appointment. They give an excuse that they only have 1-2 lifts that can handle heavy trucks. If that’s the case, they need to set their appointments accordingly. Rear tires set 15psi below recommended pressure, don’t know why. And there was a software update you think they would have found with their multi point inspection. It was not done. When I asked for a copy of what was done, they said it would take 10 minutes to print out a copy. I left. And she was rude about it. She said she would email me a copy, still haven’t received it. Overall, pretty bad”

“PLEASE READ OVER EVERYTHING CLEARLY AND BE WISE!
Not quite sure how they have 4.3 stars. My husband and I came to look at a 2016 or 2017 Toyota Highlander at 94,000 milage. 1 the Highlander was very dirty, 2 one of the seat belts didn’t work, and 3 they initially tried to charge us 31,000 dollars for it sneakily.
The listing price originally was 21,000 and some change. The other 10,000 came from random dealership fees, 4,500 is warrantee’s that we didn’t ask for but they tried to sneak them into the write up of the full price, and then tried to convince us that we needed them on that old car. We don’t even live in that area to use those stupid warrantees and they knew this.
So then the lady who was helping us removed all the warranties and it was then reduced to 24,500. I asked her, “why it is still this high” and she explained they were charging us 700 dollars to process some paperwork, 600 to register our car in our state which it doesn’t cost that much. So yeah they lost a good business with us. Lastly when the owner or manger asked why did we back out I was dumbfounded because he knew they were trying to pull a fast one on us.
I’m not sure if stupid was written on our faces but do better and be wise people.
Also after we told them we weren’t interested they tried to convince my husband to stay and look around which is very forceful and weird. Stop being pushy and sell your products right and maybe people will buy who are aware of shady like dealerships.

So my husband and I received a call back from the manager to resolve the misunderstandings and I appreciate that. They offered us to fill up our car and a full car detailing service as a resolution which was kind. Thank you.”

“The purchase was very smooth except for a delay with the car's title. This was mostly due to the mass dmv being backed up. The dealership was very fair and was willing to work with me. My sales person Katrina was very helpful also.”

“Over the past few months I've been contemplating on buying a truck. Being a second vehicle that won't get used every day I only had a certain budget in mind. The plan was to buy something used to fit my budget but with the cost of everything nowadays being so expensive that was not an option. After speaking with Mike shiley on the phone he was very professional and honest. The next day I came down to the lot and saw a few trucks. Mario took me out on a few test drives and I was sold on a new 2025 Sierra 1500 Elevation crew. Mike and Nick made the numbers work out in my favor and the truck was well below my budget. I absolutely love this truck. Car buying is never an easy process but these guys made it seamless. They even delivered it an hour away to my house in CT after it was registered. If you are looking for a great place to buy a vehicle go see them.”
