“First, I had unfavorable circumstances for getting a car. I test drove a car, wasn't crazy about it. Asked about a different car and told it just sold. However, the next day it was available for me to test drive. I sat for 2 hours one day and was led to believe they needed a few documents to close the deal for a new car with a great interest rate. I asked what the intrest rate was and salesman wouldn't tell me. No problem. I took said documents back where I sat for 6 HOURS. In hindsight I should have left. There was lie after lie from everyone involved. Finally got to the finance part. It was AWFUL. First it was we are calling in favors to get a better intrest rate, which was bull. Because when I didnt want the extra warranty, I was told I didnt qualify for the rebate. So in order to take the rebate I have to pay for the extra warranty. I was adimit that I didn't want any extras. Was shown 1 sales contract that didn't have the "extras" on it. After arguing and finally just agreeing to sign they give me a different contract with the extras. It was my error for not looking super close, however, after being there for 6 hours, I just wanted to leave. (Which I should have). Then they print put everything and I look at it the next day and all the extras are on there to the tune of over $1,000. I will never to business with them again.”
